Fishing double bottom baits might land you a bigger fish at times, however the bait presentation might appear unnatural to the carp if it’s not balanced. By punching a hole through the top bait using a bait punch and adding some floating foam will counter the remaining bottom bait to give you a critical balanced bait. Smaller hookbaits we recommend the 6mm and large hookbaits the 8mm floating foam. Test the rig in the margins beforehand to get the rig to your liking.
